Hi! I’m Jen.
A few years ago, I had what I now call my health wake-up call…the kind that forces you to slow down and ask some uncomfortable but necessary questions. Not just about your body, but about your life.
Midlife, I realized, isn’t a crisis.
It’s an EDIT.
It’s the moment you stop trying to be who you were, or who you thought you should be, and start listening more closely to what actually fits now. Stronger boundaries. More intention. More honesty. Less noise.
The Midlife Edit grew out of that realization. It’s where I explore health, strength, mindset, creativity, and reinvention…often through conversation, reflection, and always with music close by. Songs have a way of holding our memories, marking our seasons, and reminding us who we are when words fall short.
This space isn’t about starting over or blowing up your life.
It’s about making thoughtful edits, and building something that feels like home.
