It’s Not a Midlife Crisis. It’s a Remix. (Feed the People Edition)

Midlife isn’t about slowing down — it’s about turning the volume up on who you really are.

For a long time, I thought movement only meant fitness.
I built my routines around kettlebells, macros, and hitting the gym hard. But when my stomach issues forced me to slow down, I had to learn a new rhythm.

That’s when I realized:
Movement isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s spiritual.

Movement is leaving the job that drains you.
Movement is setting boundaries that protect your peace.
Movement is walking away from a version of your life that doesn’t fit anymore — and stepping into the one that does.

Movement is freedom.

And sometimes, movement looks like action for others.

This week, I pressed pause on the Remix Era Collection I had planned to launch — because something else felt more urgent.
Families across the country are struggling to put food on the table with cuts to SNAP benefits, and I couldn’t shake the thought: I have a platform. I can do something.

So I did.

🎤 Introducing The Feed the People Tour — a new drop from The Midlife Edit Co. where 100% of the profits from every shirt and sweatshirt will be donated directly to Feeding America.

It’s simple. It’s bold. And it’s from the heart.

Because midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s our time to show up.
To move with purpose.
To use our strength for something bigger than ourselves.

Movement is more than motion — it’s momentum.
And when we move together, we create real change.
